From first seeing the bike on eBay to actually rocking up to Long Stratton to pick it up on Sunday the guys did everything in their power to make the entire experience virtually hassle free; about the only hassle was the distance from home to Norfolk! Tracey answered every question I put to her succinctly and accurately even going so far as to send me pics of their mechanic servicing and setting the valve clearances on my new bike when asked. I would thoroughly recommend any serious biker to check these guys out, their stock is amazingly clean, they're helpful to the max and even offer a six month 'proper' warranty and free delivery. Top quality!!

From my first question to my last manor motorcycle communicated really well with me and made the purchasing of my first bike really easy, I ask if they would deliver it from me and they asked what day I wanted and that was the day they delivered it. They messaged me when they left and again when they was an hour away. So now to the best bit they unloaded my first bike and well where do I start it was in excellent condition serviced and MOT it was like band new everything they put in the ad was exactly how the bike was. Bought my Trophy 1215 SE from Manor Motorcycles in 2019 - Their advert said first to see would buy it - I was, and I did ! The bike has been pure pleasure. When I had a problem recently, nearly 2 years after I bought the bike, Sean and Tracey helped out where my local main dealer would not - going above and beyond to help me with a cost effective solution to get me back on the road. There was no obligation on them to do so. For that reason alone, I would always go back to them as they go the extra mile, but they bike and the service offered at the point of purchase, speaks for itself and I can highly recommend them

I bought a mint condition Triumph Bonneville T100 from Manor motorcycles recently and I have to say that the whole process from seeing the bike on Ebay to having the bike delivered to my home in Aberdeenshire this morning has been nothing short of first class. I have never bought a bike unseen before, other than photos, and I was a bit concerned that the bike would be as good as I hoped. I took a chance but I really needn't have worried. They sent me a video of the bike starting and a walk around which really helped me make an informed decision. The bike arrived in tip top condition, all paperwork present, MOT'd, serviced and ready to ride. Thank you guys. I love the bike and would definitely recommend you to anyone. Bought a Honda Cbf125 from you just over a week ago, and it was such a pleasure to deal with yourselves! I recently visited Manor Motorcycles for the first time to view a used motorcycle. I wasn't sure whether it would suit me, so despite not previously arranging a road test, to my surprise, Shaun insisted I take it out for a test ride. This was really helpful and in my recent experience, not something all dealers (including franchise dealers) will allow. The test ride sold it to me, but the thing that impressed me the most was that Shaun offered to deliver my new bike and also collect my PX from home (subject to a thorough inspection first of course). Another dealer i'd spoken to insisted that I should ride my PX in to them despite an old injury making it difficult for me to ride that particular bike (hence selling it). 1/2

Chatting to them, it didn't take long to realise that Shaun and Tracey are genuine enthusiasts and both live for bikes. While chatting I happened to mention that I was thinking of looking for a 'workhorse' for commuting and doing some longer rides. With that, I was shown another motorcycle from their showroom which I would never have even considered myself, but one which Shaun and Tracey both said would suit the role perfectly. I asked for another test ride, and found to my surprise that I instantly gelled with it, and I was offered a very good deal on both bikes! It was so refreshing to be given such great advise, and while they obviously benefitted from another sale, there was never the slightest hint of pressure to buy, only to ensure that I was happy with my purchases. I would thoroughly recommend Manor Motorcycles and will not hesitate to buy from them again.

I have received my bike from Manor Motorcycles and I am very pleased. The service from start to finish with Manor has been excellent - they did exactly what they said they would, and when they said they would do it. I was sceptical of buying a bike remotely - I live in Manchester, Manor Motorcycles are based in Norwich. I need not have worried. Tracey handled the negotiation and put my mind at ease - we agreed a price and date for delivery. When the bike was delivered it arrived, 'as described', and on-time. Whilst Tracey completed the paperwork, Shaun offered some advice on operation and maintenance. The process was seamless and Tracey and Shaun were knowledgeable and trustworthy. PLEASE READ - If you're ANYWHERE near these guys and they have a bike you're after just go see it. Yeah you might of seen one £200-300 cheaper at superbike shop like I did. Don't do it guys. If you don't want to waste money on something that's gonna give you issues, go to these guys. Period. They only sell bikes they'd buy themselves. Every bike I saw in their... can't even call it a garage.... uummmmm... bike sanctuary?... was absolutely immaculate. I'm almost 40 and this is honestly some of, if not THE best customer service I have ever experienced. I've been thinking of words to sum it up at few weeks but words can't explain how happy I am with both the bike and their service.

Living currently overseas and recently purchased a motorcycle from Manor motorcycles and couldn't be any happier with the level of service and reassurance provided by Tracey and the team there! Having seen the bike originally on eBay i decided to contact Manor Motorcycles and Tracey accommodated the fact i was oversea's and aligned any calls etc. to my timings, on purchase she also sent me pictures/videos of the bike for even further reassurance which was great! Tracey arranged the courier service which was also incredibly good, 2Wheeltrans delivered the bike in almost 'out of factory' condition despite it being 3/4yrs old. Overall highly recommend and also thank you Tracey and team for excellent service! Keep up the amazing work!

I've been thinking of words to sum it up at few weeks but words can't explain how happy I am with both the bike and their service. I got stranded in Birmingham, on a Sunday, had bus, train delays you name it. ETA was now at night so rang them expecting them to say sorry we'll be closed. Nope. "It's fine we'll pick you up from station". A truly, truly horrible day that got instantly better with any contact with them. POSITIVES: +Fantastic customer service. +Great prices. +Their bikes work: They actually test the damn things! +even if really unlucky; their warranty works across UK. +I got a 2year warranty for less than £200 = incredible. +Actual Bikers; Mountains of Trophies in the "office".
